  1. After making an advance amount of Confirmation, Your domain shall be booked and We will provide some demo layouts to you. You need to choose among all the demos. After finalizing the demo we will setup the theme within 1-2 days (3 days grace period)
  2. You need to provide logos, banners, and other related graphics prior to development. In case you don’t provide such details development team can use samples and complete your website. In that sample no customization takes place.
  3. Delivery of Apps will be scheduled after delivery of the website and it may take 7 days after delivery of the website.
  4. After setting up the theme your website is almost ready and you need to make full payment to the company.
  5. The rest task of the company is to assist you in-store set up. Store setup is setting up your website with your custom details.  Additional features and customization you need during store setup may be subject to the theme features.
  6. No refund request shall be considered after 7 days of confirmation. Client handling charges shall be applied to every refund request. In case you wish to refund after domain booking, your refund request shall be processed after deduction the amount head of Domain and domain handling for the duration of the process. The refund request may take 3-7 days.  After completion of the website, no refund request will be considered. Here website completion means hosting your website on your domain and make the necessary changes with sample store management tasks.
  7. The company makes the eCommerce website capable to handle all basic tasks. If you need any other integration then you need to provide 499 INR extra or contact Sales/Support for other clarifications.
  8. Store setup and the payment gateway will be completed as your furnish details to the company.
  9. This package includes only a single payment gateway (Payumoney ). All other integration shall be chargeable and subject to compatibility.
  10. The company does not provide supports for third-party applications/ websites/ Payment Gateways excluding integration of Payuomoney.
  11. In the storecook basic plan Cpanel/ FTP details will not be provided to the clients, if you have such requirements, you have to contact Sales/Support separately prior to starting of the project.
  12. In this package, clients cannot demand extra plugins or features. Your request will be taken into consideration as a suggestion only.
  13. In case you want to migrate your website then we only provide resources needed for migration such as credentials only. You can migrate your website at own.
  14. After migration, your website support shall be your own. We do not provide post-migration website support.
  15. In this package, you will get Basic Support only via Email interface or tickets. The scope of support is limited to theme customization limits only. If you have subscribed or need customization beyond the Basic support, you need to negotiate further.
